6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3. The goods are delivered by courier to the post office or the Buyer collects them at the specified address, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.

6.4. The seller can apply discounts for delivery if the buyer exceeds the set amount of the order.

6.5. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.

6.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the package is delivered in damaged or otherwise damaged packaging, if the package contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, incomplete product package.

6.8. If the buyer notices damage to the package during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate document regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from responsibility against the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the delivery document of the courier.

7. Product quality, guarantees

8.2. The buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail or using the services of a courier of his choice. The buyer pays the postage for the returned or exchanged goods.

8.3. In order to return the product(s), the Buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. by mail and by filling out a special product exchange - return form, indicating the name of the product to be returned, the order number and the reason for the return.

8.4. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same configuration as the Buyer received it, without losing its appearance (label intact, protective film not torn, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item). When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

8.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.3. the procedures for returning goods set out in point

8.6. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to accept such products and replace them with similar suitable products.

8.7. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid, including the cost of delivery, is returned to the Buyer.

8.8. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, the voucher and the additional amount paid will be returned.

8.9. If the Buyer returns the product purchased during the promotion, the amount paid for the product will be returned (after the discount).

8.10. If free delivery was applied to the Buyer at the time of purchase, in the case of returning the goods, shipping costs are deducted from the total amount paid by the Buyer according to the delivery rates in force at that time.

9. Liability of buyer and seller
